1. Status of General Holdings Limited
General Holdings Limited (“GHL”) is a company incorporated and registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”) (Licence No. CL9442), with its registered office at Level 2, Innovation One, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
GHL is not authorised or regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”). GHL’s incorporation and commercial registration in the DIFC do not constitute authorisation by the DFSA to provide Financial Services. GHL conducts its activities for its own account, using its own balance-sheet capital, as an owner, project sponsor or commercial partner. GHL does not manage third-party capital and does not carry on any Financial Service in or from the DIFC.
The Website has not been reviewed, approved or authorised by the DFSA or any other regulatory or supervisory authority. References in this Legal Notice to “Financial Services” and “Financial Promotion” have the meanings given to those terms under applicable DIFC legislation and the DFSA Rulebook.
